1. What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
Review your order carefully before checking out — sizes, colors, quantities, address. If something arrives defective or wrong, email us within 7 days at swindleseason@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 10–12 business days of purchase. Transit time after that depends on your location and the carrier.
Silk scarves are limited and ship within the same window. If a piece is marked pre-order, the timeline will be listed on the product page.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Worldwide.
International rates and delivery times depend on your country and customs. Any duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility — we can’t predict or cover those.

4. How do I track my order?

Tracking info gets emailed to you the moment your order ships. Check the email you used at checkout (including spam).
If 14 days have passed and you haven’t received tracking, email swindleseason@gmail.com with your order number.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Checkout is processed through Shopify — secure, encrypted, no payment info stored on our end.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

No. Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled. Double-check everything before you hit purchase.
The only exception: if you spot an obvious error (wrong address, duplicate order) within 1 hour of ordering, email us right away. We’ll do our best, but no guarantees once production starts.

7. How do I care for my pieces?

Treat them well and they’ll last.
Jerseys, tees, shorts:
Wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry when possible, or tumble dry on low. Iron inside out on firm heat if needed.
Silk scarves:
Dry clean only. Store flat or rolled — don’t fold sharply.
Embroidered pieces:
Wash inside out to protect the stitching. Avoid bleach.
